Our mission is to provide the finest service and food products to our barbeque fans through uncompromising effort and standards. At Q Barbeque, we implement many processes and procedures that ensure the quality and safety of all of our food.

When we are on-site, assisting you with your event, we continue to make sure these standards for quality and safety are upheld. When an order is picked up at our restaurant, or delivered to your door, quality and safety remain important to us. Here are a few notes for our customers to consider once your food is in your hands and on-site for your event:

Please try to pick up your food or arrange delivery as close to serving time as possible.

Hot Box rentals ($ 25/box/day) are suggested for food orders that will not be served immediately after pick-up.

Disposable Chafing Sets ($ 10) are available to keep your food hot during service. Food holding recommendations: Hot 140° - 150°, Cold 35° - 40°.

Ask for a service consultation on exceptionally large orders (50 lbs. of BBQ or more).

Keep your food covered until serving time to ensure freshness and optimal food safety conditions.
